Antonina Ashford

Healing Lifestyle Coach

Antonina Ashford is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Exercise Science and Biology. She has received her Health and Life Coach Certification through Health Coach Intuition. Antonina has received a certification as an Exercise Trauma Release (TRE) Specialist with Dr. David Berceli. 

 

Antonina was inspired to become a Trauma Release Exercise Specialist due to having gone through her own healing journey. She grew up on the East side of Detroit in a single parent household with her mother and 4 siblings. Through her upbringing she experienced a lot of emotional, physical, and mental abuse. This caused her to have difficulty with trust and communication with others. By learning and doing trauma Release on herself, it helped, and is still helping her to overcome childhood trauma. She has taught over 50 classes within her first year of getting certified in TRE. She has inspired, empowered , and transformed many lives with her work. She’s excited to continue to impact and empower more people in her TRE Specialist journey.

Life Coach

Nicole “Nikki” Sheppard, LPC specializes in helping others discover & practice health and wellness strategies and solutions that can assist them in life.
 

Nikki is a Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Author, Host & Founder of “The Voice Conference”, a life-changing conference that highlights overcomers.


Nikki has three adult children, a son and twin daughters. During her leisure time, she enjoys spending time reading, working out and trying new healing modalities. She also takes voice and guitar lessons, hosts therapy workshops & retreats, and teaches tribal dance therapy.
